Scouts of Irving, Texas within the Girl
Scouts of Northeast Texasl.
Our mission is to make Girl Scouting available to every girl -- everywhere.
Our Service Unit consists
of approximately 550 registered Girl Scouts and 360 registered Adult
Girl Scout Volunteers.
The Service Unit is managed
by the Service Team. Service Unit Meetings are usually held on the fourth
Sunday of the month from 2:00 to 3:00 at Lee Park Recreation Center.
Girl Scout Mission:
Our mission is simple, to inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service that they may become happy, resourceful citizens.

May 14, 2009 Leader Appreciation Event from 6:30 to 8:30 at First United Methodist Church. Cost is $5 per person (girl Girl Scouts are free) for a catered barbecue dinner. Buy your ticket or RSVP by May 11 from Michelle.
